Schedule/Location

All classes operate out of our location at 538 Stone Road, Suite A&B, Benicia, CA (click on the address to get directions)

We encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes early to give yourself time to prepare, and so that class can start promptly on time!

“GPP” – General Physical Preparedness – Our training program to make you fit for life! Constantly varied workouts to target all 10 areas of general fitness. GPP clients also have access to “Open Gym” all weekend classes.

“MetCon” – Specialty Course – Bootcamp-style workouts with heart rate monitors. 6-Week Sessions, must sign-up and pre-pay ahead of time. MetCon clients also have access to “Open Gym” and “FitFam” Saturday class, which is always a partner or team workout.

“Strength” – Specialty Course – Olympic weightlifting class with a heavy focus on form and technique. 6-Week Sessions, must sign-up and pre-pay ahead of time.  Strength clients also have access to “Open Gym” and Sunday’s “Strongman” & “Barbellas” classes.
