Coach Keith leads this class (USAW Sports Performance Coach), and goes over Olympic weightlifting technique and form.
This class is for anyone who wants to learn how to lift weights correctly, safely, and efficiently, and for anyone who wants to compete in USAW Olympic lifting.
Beginners, newbies, intermediate, and advanced levels are all welcome! Men and women, young and old – weightlifting is great for everyone!
Weightlifting is NOT dangerous, it does NOT make women bulky and manly-looking, it is NOT a group of “meat-heads” here, and it is NOT required to lift heavy!
We are well-trained, highly experienced athletes and coaches, and take the time to teach everyone proper lifting technique and form! We also teach sportsmanship and proper gym etiquette. We want everyone to be safe, successful, and injury-free, and to find their true potential here!
707 Strength is conducted in 6-Week Cycles. You must sign-up and pre-pay ahead of time for each cycle. Each cycle is limited to 12 clients so that Coach Keith can provide quality time and attention.
If you’d like to get started in our Barbell Program, we provide a Strength Fundamentals Course for new clients. This gives you an opportunity to work 1-on-1 with Coach Keith, and learn proper form and technique before jumping into the group class setting. This also ensures safety and readiness, and helps build confidence and rapport.
