If you are close to getting your first one, or even if you’ve gotten your first one, but are not consistent with them and still struggle with technique, this clinic is for you! Coach Kara will be going through a proper warm up, some mobility, and then walk the clients through progression drills, focusing on form and technique. And, of course, there will be time to attempt for your first muscle up, too! 😉

The pre-requisites to participate in this clinic are as follows:
- Minimum 5 Strict Pull ups
- Minimum 5 Strict Ring Dips
If you are close to 5 strict pull ups and/or dips, and/or are just not sure if you are ready yet for this MU Clinic, talk to you Coach For Life, or as Coach Kara.
