Memorial Day

Just a heads up that on Monday, May 29th, it is Memorial Day, and we will be doing the annual “Memorial Day Murph” WOD @ 9:00am only!

We will be CLOSED the rest of the day!

Everyone is welcome to participate, and we will have plenty of Scaled and Modified variations, as well as Partner and Team-style versions, so there is something for everyone! 😉
