Mother’s Day & Reminders

Just a friendly reminder that THIS SUNDAY, May 14th is Mother’s Day!!!

We will have normal schedule so that all of you fit moms can come in and get your me-time! 😉

 

 

 

FYI – This Saturday, May 13th, Spencer and I will be moving the pull-up rig and doing some major spring cleaning in the gym in the afternoon.

We would greatly appreciate some extra hands and muscles, even if for just a short while, every bit helps!
